"Mi Luna" is a great place for lunch, diner and specialy to take out of towners. Spanish style restaurant located in Rice Village.
Try the Pollo Relleno (stuffed chicken), Patatas Verdes or Bravas (Green Potatos or Spicy) along with either bottle of S.Pellegrino or Pinot Grigio.
Besides dining they have live music.
My favorite restaurant is Cedar Landing. It is a seafood place. They are right off of the lake and have a wonderful view. The food is great. The ranch dressing for salad is great, and they have FRIED bread!! It is wonderful!!
